People do say the second time around can be much quicker but I was totally unprepared for the speed and sheer force of this arrival. It was primeval - I was no longer human, I was huge and roaring, all teeth and blood and inside me was this beautiful giant egg that just had to come out - Terrifying and exhilarating.
